End of Summer Outfit Ideas

Hello friends! Today’s post is a roundup of some outfit ideas I created with end-of-summer-styling in mind. Right now in Seattle it’s 86 degrees, but by the end of next week the temps will be dropping down to the high 60s, so we are definitely on our way to transitional weather which makes getting dressed confusing sometimes. Is it summer? Is it not? It’s almost September so you want to wear sweaters but it’s still warm enough to wear shorts and sandals…so confusing!

Personally, I love pairing sweatshirts and sweaters with shorts, sandals and sun hats. It makes me feel like I permanently live at the beach where it’s necessary to layer, because even though it’s warm throughout the day, when it cools down at night, you know you are going to reaching for that chunky knit or half zip.
